![]() About 3 days ago, without doing anything, the phones got connected again, only to drop yesterday. Not sure what happened, no updates on the phones, no changes to our internet, however the phones stopped being connected, it lasted for 2-3 weeks. Only one time one of the support people was able to help us to get connected and stay connected after that the longest (probably couple of months). We had multiple calls with Verizon support to help us get connected. Text We got this device few months back (i think march of 2021). ![]() Has anyone else had this issue? Have spent hours with Verizon support which did nothing more than open up tickets which were closed without any actual support given. Packet captures show 0 discarded/blocked packets inbound or outbound at the firewall. I have tried Cisco, Ubiquiti, and SonicWall firewalls (Primarily SonicWall), I was able to get ONE device working on a network without any additional firewall changes, so naturally I purchased another and now it wont work.on the same network. I have spent days trying to get these to work across multiple internet service providers and setups, the best luck that I've had is manually configuring a public IP to the device and have it connected directly to a modem.but even this does not work in other networks? 90% of the time, the issue is the device will hang on " Connecting to SeGW Server". Now.if someone does NOT have Verizon as the ISP, I have found it to be an absolute nightmare to get these devices working, and have opened up multiple tickets that were closed without any help being given. Let me open this question by saying that when you use one of the Verizon Network Extenders on a Verizon backed network, the device starts right up, and has zero issues, so I know the device itself works.
